As a Visa Consultant, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end visa application processes, ensuring document accuracy and providing our clients with up-to-date, personalised visa guidance. Youll collaborate with our Travel Consultant and Corporate Sales teams to ensure every visa journey is smooth, stress-free, and efficientjust the way we like our holidays! Youll report directly to the Operations Manager and work alongside our support team to make sure @bervakansis clients are always one step ahead in their travel planning. What Youll Do: Execute | Manage and process visa applications (Schengen, UK, US, Japan, South Korea, Australia, etc.) for individual, corporate and group clients. Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with the latest embassy requirements. Collaborate | Work with sales and trip planning teams to anticipate visa timelines and tailor guidance based on each itinerary. Partner with our customer service reps to educate clients on necessary steps and offer concierge-level support. Consult | Provide accurate, updated information on visa policies, embassy procedures, and any travel restrictions. Youll be the calm in the storm when clients get nervous! Communicate | Prepare clear checklists, maintain communication logs, and follow up with clients and embassy representatives. Youll also help train team members and provide updates on new visa requirements or embassy rule changes. Who You Are: Detail-Oriented & Highly Organised | Visa work = paperwork. You know how to keep documents in line, names spelled right, and timelines met. A Natural Problem-Solver | Lost documents? Deadline panic? Embassy delay? You stay cool, find solutions fast, and reassure everyone along the way. A Clear Communicator | You simplify complex info and can explain embassy instructions like a travel whisperer. Bilingual? Even better. Adaptable & Driven | Regulations change, clients can be unpredictable, but youre agile, proactive, and focused on delivering results. What Youll Need: Minimum 2 years of experience in visa processing or travel documentation (travel agency or visa center experience preferred). Familiar with the visa processes of major travel destinations (Schengen, UK, US, Japan, etc.). Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Good working knowledge of embassy portals, document notarisation and legalisation procedures. Strong client service mindset and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Bonus points if youve worked with corporate groups, incentive travel or international student visas.
