The Impact Youll Make in this Role Achieves sales objectives by providing independent sales coverage of assigned accounts or within assigned territory. This role is suitable for individuals with basic sales experience who can demonstrate the ability to apply fundamental selling skills. Manage sales territory with regular supervision, seeking assistance when encountering situations requiring greater expertise. As a Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Your impact will include: Establishment and Achievement of Objectives: Understand sales goals, assist in setting business plans, coordinate efforts to meet quarterly and annual objectives, and achieve sales targets. Sales and Marketing: Learn and apply marketing policies and plans, utilize selling processes, demonstrate social selling tools, and represent our products and services to customers and prospects. Provide product training to external customers and report market conditions and competitor activities. Coordination and Planning: Develop skills to plan and manage time and resources effectively, working within budget guidelines. Administration: Maintain accurate account and prospect information, and manage sales support materials. Policy: Learn and adhere to sales policies, practices, and procedures. Company Vehicle This position requires driving a company vehicle, with ongoing review of motor vehicle history for those hired. Your Skills and Expertise Minimum qualifications include: Bachelors degree or higher with two (2) years of outside sales experience in private, public, government, or military sectors. OR a High School Degree / GED with five (5) years of outside sales experience selling Jan-San Products in similar environments. Valid Drivers License and successful Motor Vehicle Records review prior to start. Additional desirable qualifications: Bi-lingual in English and French. Experience selling JAN-SAN products into Healthcare, Education, Building Service Contractors, and Retail sectors. Proficiency with CRM programs like Sales Force. Distribution sales or management experience. Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to demonstrate products at any time, day or night. Willingness to travel at least 50%, including overnight stays and occasional weekends for trade shows and meetings. Self-motivated, energetic, and passionate about sales. Work Location : Remote, with travel to customer accounts in Ontario at least 3 days per week and across all provinces. Based in the Toronto metropolitan area. Travel : Up to 50% domestic travel may be required. Relocation Assistance : Not authorized. Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship.
