YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE: Reporting to the Training Supervisor, you will be part of the Health and Safety Training Department. Your role is to ensure that training goals are achieved while promoting Agnico Eagles values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct, and environmental responsibility. Participate and assist in daily morning meetings with the training team Deliver training programs related to Health & Safety, equipment, and processes Plan and organize employee training and evaluations with the concerned departments Follow up regularly on employees performance through meetings with concerned departments Assist with evaluations of mine operators, including candidate selection, class change assessments, and employee promotions Verify, apply, and develop training content based on procedures, rules, and regulations Work according to established training standards within the company Track and update employee training data using various training platforms Document and share information with cross-shift teams and supervisors WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED: High School Diploma 5 years of experience as an Underground Miner 3 years of experience as a Trainer/Instructor in a similar environment (asset) Good understanding of underground mining equipment operations Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Your Work Schedule: 4 days of work followed by 3 days off, or 5 days of work followed by 2 days off at our Macassa Mine in Kirkland Lake, ON. #J-18808-Ljbffr
