OVERVIEW The Operations Associate is a key member of the store team responsible for driving profitability and efficiency. The role involves working closely with the Operations & Visual Management team to initiate, complete work, and provide feedback to support optimal store operations. Key Job Responsibilities Execute inventory management processes effectively, focusing on maximizing inventory accuracy and reducing shrink. Investigate and address inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General/Store Manager to escalate process or system gaps. Support key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management. Maintain and uphold strong visual standards for the sales floor. Collaborate with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities to ensure efficient operation. Support a safe work environment through strong stockroom standards and processes. Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team, and guests. Implement company-level operations directives, projects, and initiatives in partnership with the Operations & Visual Management team. Assist in processing shipments and ensuring product flow, including visual merchandising and daily replenishment. Leverage metrics to support business strategies and demonstrate strong business acumen. Resolve client needs quickly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction. Identify product concerns and communicate inventory needs to support business goals. Perform tasks that keep the store clean, safe, inviting, and operationally efficient, including constant movement around the store. Operations Associate Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in a client-centric, sales, or operational environment. Ability to move constantly in all store areas. Physical ability to lift, push, carry up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, climbing, and twisting. Ability to stand and move throughout the shift. Passion for customer service and creating exceptional experiences. Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude, capable of working independently and as part of a team. Alignment with Alos Guiding Principles. Schedule Part-Time associates may work up to 30 hours/week with a minimum shift of 4 hours. Full-Time associates should have open availability, 32-40 hours/week, including during the holiday season and Blackout periods from Thanksgiving through early January.
