Your role is pivotal in creating an exceptional living environment by providing personalized assistance and ensuring resident satisfaction. You'll be the primary point of contact, championing the resident experience and consistently exceeding expectations.We are hiring three team members for the front lobby Concierge desk. The desk is open from 7am-11pm, seven days a week including holidays. Candidates need to be available to work various days and hours during the open hours and and the team will rotate among a set shift schedule.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:Resident Experience Enhancement:Deliver proactive, courteous, and tailored service to current and prospective residentsAnticipate, support and fulfill resident needs, from daily requests to special arrangements, including support with Property Management Software/Resident Portal access and training.Maintain expert knowledge of local amenities, services, and eventsManage amenity bookings, deposits, and post-event inspectionsAssist with resident events and smooth move-in processes for new residentsPersonalize interactions by familiarizing yourself with residents and their petsConcierge Services:Coordinate special services (e.g., transportation, reservations, dry cleaning)Handle package and delivery managementRespond promptly to all resident communications (calls, messages, inquiries)Maintain shift logs and daily memo books with pertinent informationSupport leasing staff with prospective resident greetings and showingsBuilding Operations Support:Manage service elevator and loading dock schedulesControl building access for contractors and visitorsAdminister security access devices (cards, fobs, transmitters)Maintain enterphone system and security softwareLiaise with security personnel as neededCommunity Engagement:Build positive relationships with local businesses and service providersGather and share community information for resident benefit and social media useAssist in organizing and executing resident eventsGuest Suite Management:Oversee and administer the building's guest suitesManage guest suite bookings and reservationsCoordinate cleaning and maintenance of guest suitesEnsure guest suites are properly stocked with amenitiesHandle check-in and check-out processes for guest suite usersAddress any issues or concerns related to guest suite usageMaintain accurate records of guest suite occupancy and revenueWHAT YOU BRING:2+ years of experience in luxury residential concierge, high-end hospitality, or premium customer service rolesPost-secondary education in hospitality management or related field preferredExceptional communication skills with a focus on discretion and confidentialityStrong organizational abilities and adept at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in MS Office suite; experience with property management software (e.g., Yardi) is an assetCurrent First Aid, CPR, and defibrillator certifications (or willingness to obtain)Available for evenings, weekends, and holidaysAbility to stand, sit, or walk for extended periodsCapable of moving objects weighing up to 10 poundsWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:Join an industry leader and shape the future of commercial real estateDeep investment in cutting-edge technology to power your workComprehensive and competitive benefits planA supportive, caring and diverse work environment designed for your growth and well-being#LI-DNI
