The organization offers community programs, aging-in-place initiatives, hospice residence, and caregiver support services, serving over 15,000 individuals annually in the Greater Toronto Area.Role Overview Reporting to the CEO, the Chief People Officer (CPO) is a strategic partner responsible for developing and executing people strategies that drive organizational effectiveness, transformation, and performance. The CPO leverages technology and data to optimize talent acquisition, management, succession planning, and learning & development, fostering a high-performing workforce aligned with Yee Hongs goals.Key Responsibilities Lead talent acquisition, management, and development initiatives.Drive change management and cultivate a culture of excellence, accountability, and agility.Assess and enhance organizational structures, processes, and practices.Oversee HR technology, particularly Workday, ensuring data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.Advise the Human Resources Committee and support organizational growth and sustainability.Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is a strategic HR leader with experience in unionized, multi-site environments, adept at aligning human capital strategies with enterprise objectives. They possess strong systems thinking, technology expertise, and a proven record of fostering high performance, agility, and accountability.
