The CPO leverages technology and data to optimize talent acquisition, management, succession planning, and learning & development, fostering a high-performing workforce aligned with Yee Hongs goals.Key Responsibilities Lead talent acquisition, management, and development initiatives.Drive change management and cultivate a culture of excellence, accountability, and agility.Assess and enhance organizational structures, processes, and practices.Oversee HR technology, particularly Workday, ensuring data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.Advise the Human Resources Committee and support organizational growth and sustainability.Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is a strategic HR leader with experience in unionized, multi-site environments, adept at aligning human capital strategies with enterprise objectives.
