Job Title: Construction SuperintendentLocation: Guelph, Bowmanville, Orillia (Subject to experience)Job Type: Full-TimeJob Description:We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Construction Superintendent to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will come from a General Contractor background and bring a diverse portfolio of successfully delivered projects across multiple sectors. This role requires a strong leader who can manage daily on-site operations, ensure safety and quality compliance, and maintain tight control over project schedules and subcontractor performance.** If you have experience in Water Treatment Facilities or Pumping Station projects, we highly encourage you to apply. These qualifications are considered a significant asset as we continue to grow our portfolio in infrastructure and municipal work. **Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards.Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, suppliers, and on-site personnel.Enforce health and safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment in compliance with company and regulatory standards.Maintain daily site logs, reports, and documentation.Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving throughout all phases of the project.Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and proactively implement solutions.Conduct regular site meetings and ensure strong communication between all project stakeholders.Interpret and enforce construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.Qualifications:Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent with a General Contractor.Proven track record managing diverse construction projects (commercial, institutional, or infrastructure).Experience with Water Treatment Plants and/or Pumping Stations is a strong asset.Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.What We Offer:Competitive salary up to $140,000 (Based on Experince) and benefits packageOpportunities for career growth and advancementSupportive and collaborative team environmentInvolvement in meaningful and complex construction projectsTo Apply:Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience and project background.
