Manage Clinic Flow: Coordinate appointments and triage referrals with care and professionalism Be the Connection: Communicate with doctors, specialists, and healthcare partners Keep Us Moving: Support clinic operations, from inventory to sleep test equipment management Deliver Better Sleep: Set up and administer HSAT (Home Sleep Apnea Tests), guiding patients through the process with clarity and compassion Administrative Rockstar: Assist with insurance paperwork and daily documentation Support the Mission: Help create a smooth, welcoming, and empowering patient experience What You Bring: Were looking for reliable, enthusiastic professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, patient-first environment and take pride in staying organized, proactive, and positive. Previous experience in administration, coordination, or customer service Strong organizational skills and attention to detail you catch the little things!
