Is a $500M+ business, on track to be a $1B in sales company 175 locations across Canada, the United States, and Australia About the Role 1-800-GOT-JUNK? is on the lookout for a Digital Analytics Manager to lead the analytics team and help shape the next phase of data-driven growth. As a key leader within the Residential Web & Ecommerce division, youll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital analytics strategy that guides our marketing, product, and technology teams. This is a unique opportunity for a strategic, hands-on leader who excels at turning data into insight, building high-performing teams, and driving measurable business impact. Your work will directly enhance the online customer experience and showcase the value of digital investments. Analytics Strategy & Leadership Build and execute a clear digital analytics roadmap aligned with business priorities. Identify strategic questions and high-impact opportunities to fuel data-driven decision-making. Inspire and guide a growing analytics team. Data Infrastructure & Governance Oversee the implementation and governance of the web analytics stack. Champion best practices across GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), server-side tagging, and data integrity. Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as the strategic analytics partner for Marketing, Product, and Technology leaders. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure alignment across teams. Insights & Data Storytelling Deliver actionable insights, executive dashboards, and compelling presentations that guide decision-making. Analyze user behavior, campaign effectiveness, and digital performance to optimize the customer journey. Experimentation & Optimization Lead the digital experimentation framework, including A/B testing and causal impact analysis. Drive strategies that continuously improve website performance and conversion rates. Advanced Analytics & Attribution Guide the development of advanced analytical models such as media mix modeling and multi-touch attribution. Provide holistic insight into the customer journey and optimize marketing spend. About You 57+ years in digital or marketing analytics, with a history of delivering business outcomes. 2+ years of direct team leadership or people management experience. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. Proven experience in creating and executing analytics strategies. Advanced expertise in GA4 and GTM (including implementation, governance, and server-side tagging). Strong proficiency in SQL and large data environments like BigQuery. Skilled in building executive dashboards using tools like Looker Studio or Tableau. Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data for senior stakeholders. Deep understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem (SEO, PPC, Programmatic, etc.). Experience with A/B testing frameworks, user journey analysis, and attribution modeling. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a strong asset. Certifications in GA4, GTM, or Tableau are a bonus.
