Gobind Sarvar Brampton is seeking a dedicated and experienced High School Science & Mathematics Teacher to teach Grades 9 and 10.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Ontario Science and Mathematics curriculum and a passion for fostering students analytical and problem-solving skills.Requirements & Responsibilities:Mandatory teaching experience (applications without prior teaching experience will not be considered).Experience teaching Science and Mathematics at the intermediate/senior level is strongly preferred.In-depth knowledge of the Ontario curriculum and effective teaching methodologies to support diverse learning needs.Ability to plan and deliver engaging, inquiry-based lessons that promote critical thinking and academic excellence.Proficiency in using a range of assessment tools to monitor progress, provide feedback, and support student growth.Fluency in English with strong oral, written, and reading communication skills.OCT certification is preferred; applicants in the process of obtaining OCT certification will also be considered.Strong classroom management skills, with the ability to maintain a respectful, inclusive, and academically focused environment.Willingness to collaborate with colleagues, engage families, and contribute to school-wide initiatives and events.This is a full-time, in-person position.
