This individual will act as the single-threaded leader across all touchpoints and departments, managing timelines, approvals, and interdepartmental collaboration to ensure licensed product launches are delivered on time, on brand, and with excellence.This role is central to Dalstrongs licensed product growth strategy and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment, is capable of managing complex workflows, and understands both physical and digital product development.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive the licensed product critical path process, ensuring that all timelines are met, financial objectives are achieved, and all stakeholders internal and external have the information they need to succeed.Serve as the primary project manager and single-threaded leader for all licensed product launches across a broad range of departments Own and facilitate the end-to-end product pipeline and planning process, including key trackers, timelines, and milestone checkpoints.Collaborate closely with licensors, ensuring that all forecasts, calendars, milestone requirements, asset reviews, and approvals are aligned to and proactively managed.
