C2C works with a fleet of top fishing vessels and fishers throughout the Pacific Ocean to bring you the best sourced, wild Albacore Tuna as well as a vast selection of premium wild seafood species, including Wild B.C. Salmon, shellfish, and much much more. **Position Title:** Seafood Processor **Location:** Calgary AB **Shift:** Days, Monday to Friday **Job Type:** Full Time Permanent **Position Summary:** Reporting to the Production Manager, the Seafood Production team member will be accountable for the processing and production of Seafood products at C2C Premium Seafoods. **Key Responsibilities:** * Packaging fresh and frozen seafood. * Cutting and processing seafood as required. * Quality control & assurance for all products coming from the seafood room, fresh & frozen. * Champion and enforce the Code of Conduct and CFS policies and procedures. * Ensure adherence to CFS Health and Safety Programs and initiatives. * Ensure that standards for sanitation and food safety are met or exceeded. * Additional duties as assigned. **Qualifications and Skills:** * Experience with the utilization of fillet knives, food processing equipment, and food safety. * Willingness to work with raw meat products. * Willingness to work in a cold environment. * Ability to perform physical tasks requiring lifting, carrying, and moving objects weighing 30+ lbs. safely and effectively. * Physical fitness and stamina to sustain prolonged periods of activity, repetitive movements, and manual labor. * Previous work experience is an asset but not required. * Training will be provided. * Commitment to safety standards and practices.
