Please do not contact the recruiter directly.This is a contract term position until August 31, 2026As an Assistant Facility Manager, you will provide essential assistance to the Facility Manager in overseeing property portfolios while ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service delivery. You will maintain compliance with JLL's standards, monitor key performance indicators, and conduct regular property inspections to proactively address deficiencies. This collaborative role involves supporting various operational functions including work order management, soft services coordination, energy efficiency initiatives, and budget management, all while identifying cost-saving opportunities and partnering with the sourcing team to optimize supplier relationships.WHAT YOU'LL DODirectly support the Facility Manager in executing the needs of managing the assigned portfolioMaintain client satisfaction with delivery of Facility Management services and support programs to increase customer satisfactionSupport compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle minimum audit and compliance standards in facility management, financial management and operational policies and proceduresMeet or exceed site Key Performance Indicators (KPI's); monitor Service Level Agreements (SLA's) monthly to identify potential challenges and plan corrective actions accordinglyConduct inspections of assigned properties proactively addressing any deficienciesCreate and follow up on corrective work orders as necessarySupport work order management for in house staff and vendors as necessarySupport facility soft services as needed and directed such as: meetings preparation, conference room reservations, food services, parking, vending, and badgingSupport requests associated with JLL's Management and Operations teamSupport energy management programs to maximize energy efficiencyDemonstrate strong collaboration and teamwork within the account team, by including driving the development and implementation of IFM best practices and innovationsManage all duties in compliance to Master Services Agreement and applicable performance measurementsSupport the implementation of the EHS management systemsEnforce all Company policies and training requirements regarding safe and efficient operations and work practicesImplement and monitor hazard control and team safety practices, ensure compliance with local codes and regulations and Jones Lang LaSalle operations standardsSupport facility specific cost savings targets to contribute to the account achieving savings goalsAssist in the development and management of operational and capital budgetsManagement and staff with operational reporting, budgeting, financial management, purchasing as necessarySupport development of monthly/quarterly variance reporting for operating budgetsContinuously identify cost savings opportunitiesCollaborate with account Sourcing team on national and regional sourcing opportunities to define scope, coordinate supplier walk-through, and manage national and regional supplier performance at property level by:Coordinating supplier management program consisting of: goal setting, performance criteria, and performance reviewSupporting contract management for both short and long-term projects for the clientDriving cost savings through sourcing and supplier management activities which are consistent with client goalsWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORBachelor's degreeMinimum of two years of industry experience required either in the corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultantExcellent customer, computer, managerial, verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multi-task and effectively organize responsibilities to achieve portfolio goals and objectivesBasic knowledge of building systems (mechanical and electrical systems).Proficiency in Google Suite preferredExperience with Corrigo a plusWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOUJoin an industry leader and shape the future of commercial real estateDeep investment in cutting-edge technology to power your workA supportive, caring and diverse work environment designed for your growth and well-being#LI-DNI
