Position Summary As a General Labourer on our roofing crew, you will support our roofing technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of flat roofing systems. This is a physically demanding outdoor role, ideal for someone who is punctual, safety-minded, and eager to work in a team environment. Key Responsibilities Assist roofers with loading/unloading materials and tools Tear-off and clean existing roof surfaces Move materials and equipment on the job site Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow safety protocols at all times Requirements Prior experience in roofing or construction is an asset but not required Must be comfortable working at heights and outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly Reliable transportation to and from job sites What We Offer Competitive hourly wage of $22/hr Opportunities for overtime and advancement Training provided Long-term work for the right candidates
