Clean.* **About the Role- Dishwasher** Reporting to the Executive Chef, the Dishwasher is to wash and put away all dishes, pots, and cutlery from guest and staff meal services. Proper sweep and mop the kitchen after each shift and to put kitchen deliveries away when needed. Shifts are 8am - 1:30, 8am - 4pm and 5pm - 10pm. You may work a mixture of both shifts.
