If you're a team-oriented leader with a passion for excellence in dental administration, wed love to hear from you!Learn more about our team and clinic here: Duties & Responsibilities but not limited to:Ensure processes and systems set by supervisor are followed and done to completionBuild admin schedule and assist in building overall office schedule based on needs of the practiceMonitor administrative KPI's, including but not limited to treatment plans, unscheduled treatment, and overdue recalls followed up on and booked, schedule is full/minimal downtime %, monitor pre-booking rates, etc.Run admin team meetings and 1:1's with admin team membersWorking front desk as needed, assist in treatment coordinationWorking with supervisor regularly and on a weekly basis to discuss areas of opportunity and focus pointsAssist in re-structuring administrative processes as need to enhance efficiency and productivity of clinicInterview potential new hires for the administrative team and assist in performing regular performance reviewsWHAT WE ARE OFFERING:Full-time position statusPermanent employmentBenefits (with 3 weeks' vacation)Uniform allowanceState-of-the-art technologies/equipment (iTero, CBCT, digital x-rays and charting, etc.)Parking available (free parking)Transit accessibleContinuing education incentivesOpportunity for professional advancementTeam building activitiesRecognition through our monthly Ambassador programMentorship and training from highly skilled, experienced dental professionals; a great opportunity to grow and excelCollaborative team and environment to help you succeed as an Administrative Lead. Working at Creekside Dental, you will experience a team-oriented environment as it is a massive part of who we areSCHEDULE:40 hours per week with working hours of 8am-4pm or 12pm-8pmTues-Sat or Mon-FriWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:2 to 5+ years of experience is required in dental office management and/or dental administrationExperience with dental practice management software such as Dentrix is considered an assetHighly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook)Strong written and communication skills when speaking with patients and dental providersStrong knowledge of medical and dental terminology and processesExperience maintaining a professional level of patient privacyDemonstrated experience managing budgets, and other financial transactionsDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and familiesCustomer service mindsetWe are an equal opportunity employer.
