We are a Drug Preparation Premises in Mississauga/Oakville, ON and provide hospitals, clinics, and physicians offices with sterile compounded preparations. Our facility employs a variety of experts including trained pharmacists, technicians, chemists, and microbiologists.Key Responsibilities:Assess all orders for completionPerform calculations to formulate allergy serumsEnsure allergy orders are entered into software for compounding and confirmed with customers dailyAdherence to all service standards (order entry within 24 business hours; returning calls and emails within 24 business hours)Answer phone calls and emails in a timely and professional mannerOnboarding of physicians and pharmacies Follow up with physicians and pharmacies for order issuesCollect credit card and insurance informationEnsure adequate stock of allergy inventoryOther duties as assignedEducation and QualificationsMinimum Education: High-school diploma or equivalentProficiency with software systems (Microsoft Office suite, pharmacy softwares)Preference to Bachelors of Science
