Job DescriptionPosition: Clinical Advisor Digital Health and Quality Programs Location: Greater Toronto Area (Hybrid In-Person) Schedule: ~1 day per weekA leading health innovation partner is inviting expressions of interest from experienced clinicians who bring a strong background in digital transformation, clinical improvement, and health technology adoption.In this role, you'll provide clinical leadership and strategic guidance on the development and implementation of AI-enabled decision support tools that align with provincial health priorities. This initiative focuses on improving care consistency by integrating evidence-based standards directly into clinical workflows. Your Impact:Lead Innovation in Care DeliveryProvide clinical insight and vision to guide the digital rollout of evidence-based care toolsAlign project outcomes with broader primary care and digital health frameworks across the provinceEngage Key StakeholdersAct as a liaison between frontline clinicians and health system leadersChampion adoption and usability of digital tools across primary care settingsSupport alignment with government and public health partnersShape Future-Focused SolutionsLead and co-design digital clinical supports using agile methodsContribute to procurement evaluations, tool selection, and system integrationHelp define success metrics and continuous improvement processesSupport System ChangeDrive communication, education, and training initiatives for cliniciansEnsure the tools are practical, accessible, and integrated into daily practice Qualifications:Currently licensed to practice as a Physician or Nurse Practitioner in OntarioMinimum 5 years in a leadership capacity, preferably focused on digital health or clinical improvementAdditional training in informatics, digital health, or data science is a strong assetDemonstrated success leading or advising large-scale health projects or digital implementations What You Bring:Deep understanding of Ontarios health ecosystem and digital platforms (e.g., EMRs)Experience working with decision support tools, health data, or AI technologiesSkilled in stakeholder engagement, systems thinking, and cross-sector collaborationClear, confident communication style and ability to motivate others toward changeReady to help shape Ontarios next generation of digital health tools?
