Insight Global is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join a large retail client Hybrid in Vancouver BC. This tech PM will work within the People Enablement Technology team to support various objectives surrounding their Oracle Retail Management Suite. On a day to day you will: Support management of project progress, budget, milestones, communications, risks, issues, and dependencies Collaborate with business stakeholders on communications, processes, and procedures Support development and maintenance of relevant documentation Participate in knowledge transfer activities Required Skills & Experience 7+ years experience as a Technical Project Manager with an adept understanding of Technicality /technology (enough to understand and manage work/tasks). Excellent communication capabilities to present in front of team. Retail experience. Scrum and agile implementation experience.- Experience with Oracle RMS- Experience overseeing technical projects with the following tools/technologies: Kafka, Java consumer message writing, Database architecture.- Proficiency to understand, document and mitigate risk- Hands on experience working with teams of engineers (can develop a technical story line). Capable of driving the projects from scratch with RACI, execution plan, milestones, risks etc. Nice to Have Skills & Experience -Strong understanding of RMS Architecture
