We pride ourselves on providing individualized, superior professional services for our clients using only state of art technologies by offering advanced beauty & spa services.Our vision is to become a leading provider of advanced beauty and spa services in the region, known for our exceptional quality, customer service, and innovative approach to wellness.Job Responsibilities:Consult with clients to understand their skin care needs and concerns, including any medical or health-related issues that may impact skin care treatments.Provide a range of medical-grade skin care services, including chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser hair removal, and other advanced treatments, based on client preferences and professional expertise.Analyze clients' skin to determine the best treatment options and customize treatments to meet individual needs.Work under the direction of a medical director or physician to perform more advanced treatments, such as injectables or laser treatments.Stay up to date with the latest skin care trends and techniques and make recommendations to clients based on their skin type and concerns.Keep work area clean and organized, including maintaining clean tools and sanitizing surfaces between clients.Educate clients on proper skin care techniques and products and recommend products for at-home use.Build strong relationships with clients and develop a loyal customer base through exceptional customer service and personalized skin care services.Collaborate with other salon staff, including hair stylists, receptionists, and nail technicians, to provide a seamless and enjoyable salon experience for clients.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client services, including notes on skin care preferences and product recommendations.Attend training and professional development sessions to stay up to date on the latest skin care techniques and products and meet any required continuing education requirements.Adhere to all salon policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety, customer service, and ethics.Overall, a medical aesthetician is responsible for providing advanced skin care services to clients while working under the supervision of a medical director or physician. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, knowledge of medical-grade skin care techniques and treatments, and a commitment to professionalism and client satisfaction. They should also have a strong attention to detail, excellent record-keeping skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other salon staff and medical professionals.Job QualificationsEducation: Successful completion of cosmetology curriculum.Experience as an aesthetician is an asset, however, new graduates are welcome.Licenses/Certifications: valid Ontario Cosmetology License or you must currently be enrolled in school to obtain the required license.Basic computer & email skills are an asset.
