Were seeking a Construction Services Coordinator for our client and work closely with the General Contractor on a large-scale, high-profile project in Cold Lake, AB. Youll be the clients eyes and ears on site, ensuring the build stays on track, on budget, and to the highest standards.This is a hybrid role requiring 3+ days per week on site (often more depending on project stage), with flexibility to work remotely for the remainder.Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent the client in daily site activities and coordination with the GCManage contract administration: RFIs, change orders, scheduling, progress claims, and financial trackingCollaborate with design and engineering teams on project requirements and drawingsSupport the project team to meet timelines, budgets, and quality targetsMaintain clear and timely communication with stakeholdersMinimum Qualifications4+ years of experience in construction (Project Coordination, Project Management, or similar)Strong contract administration skills (RFIs, change orders, scheduling, financials)Diploma or certification in a related field (asset, not required)AssetsPMP certificationExperience with design-build or design-assist projectsCommercial construction experienceAbout Cold Lake A welcoming community with modern amenities and abundant outdoor activities.
