As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. **Responsibilities** * Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and supplies. * Process customer orders efficiently using the POS system while handling cash transactions accurately. * Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and responding to inquiries. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drink orders. * Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly and adhere to all legal regulations regarding alcohol service. * Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages as needed. * Uphold health and safety standards in accordance with local regulations. **Skills** * Proven experience in bartending or a similar role within the food industry. * Proficient in using POS systems for order processing and cash handling. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. * Knowledge of various drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage pairings. * Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. * Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. * A background in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not mandatory.
