In this role, you will oversee shop operations, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards. Your leadership will be vital in guiding our skilled workforce. **Responsibilities** * Supervise and support production staff (assemblers, CNC operators, finishers, etc.) * Ensure safety procedures and company standards are met on the floor * Coordinate daily production schedules and adjust for real-time bottlenecks * Perform quality checks and resolve issues quickly * Train new staff on equipment and best practices * Work closely with management on output goals, inventory, and workflow planning * Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment **Requirements** * Proven experience in a supervisory role within a woodworking environment. 3 years as forman, 10 years in woodworking * Strong mechanical knowledge with proficiency in hand and power tools. * Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical tasks as required. * Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team. * Detail-oriented with a focus on quality assurance.
