Our team is dedicated to precision and craftsmanship, and we are looking for a skilled laborer to join us in ensuring every product meets our exacting standards. **Job Description:** We are seeking a Skilled Laborer with expertise in sandblasting and a strong understanding of operating air tools for deburring and cleaning parts. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the final steps of production, ensuring each part is properly finished, cleaned, and meets quality standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Operate sandblasting equipment to clean and prepare parts for final use or further processing. * Use air tools to deburr and smooth parts, ensuring all edges are clean and safe. * Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality specifications before moving to the next stage. * Handle and care for parts to prevent damage during the cleaning and finishing process. * Follow work orders and instructions to ensure timely and accurate task completion. * Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols. * Flexibility to start early or stay late when necessary to ensure products are completed and delivered by the required date. **Qualifications:** * Experience with sandblasting in a manufacturing, machine shop, or industrial setting. * Skilled in the use of air tools for tasks such as deburring, grinding, and cleaning. * Ability to follow detailed instructions and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. * Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality work. * Physical ability to handle repetitive tasks, stand for extended periods, and lift moderate weights. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpreting part specifications. * Previous experience in part finishing or similar roles. * Knowledge of safety standards and proper PPE usage. * Forklift license is a plus but not required. **What We Offer:** * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and paid time off. * Opportunities for growth and skill development. * A supportive and team-oriented work environment. **How to Apply:** To apply, please send your resume to this posting.
