We also have ten (10) locations throughout Ontario. **Job Function Overview** * The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast paced assembly operation completing a number of repetitive tasks * The ability to operate hand tools is a definite asset * Training is provided * Keep work place organized * Maintain a clean and organized work area * Handle Materials within the shop and outdoors as required * Work effectively and efficiently to complete your work within the job standard * Knowledgeable about various tools and equipment, including: jigsaw, drills, chop saw, tape measure, blueprints, etc **Skills:** * Must be punctual and possess a strong work ethic * Mechanically inclined * Perform work safely and follow established work procedures * Willing to learn, flexible & reliable * Physical effort and dexterity is required **Requirements:** * High School Diploma or Equivalent * Experience in the fitting/welder discipline * Experience using power tools or hand tools (drills, squares, measuring tape etc.) * Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings * Attention to detail * Ability to work independently and as a team **Hours per week**: Monday to Friday, 40 hours **Salary:** Dependent on experience. **Benefits:** Yes, after completion of 90 days probationary period **Equipment required:** Steel toed boots with metatarsal guard If you are looking for a rewarding, challenging and fun career, are results driven, motivated and anxious to become part of a dynamic team then Gincor is looking for you!
