We offer 10 chef-created meal kit recipes each week, with options for many lifestyles and preferences including vegetarian and vegan. You approach the problem at hand from a strategic and empathetic point of view. **What You''ll Be Doing:** * Proactively flags inventory discrepancies and follows up with an investigation to determine the root cause of discrepancies * Working closely with the purchasing team to ensure that inventory is correct and up to date * End of week inventory reconciliation * Monitoring inventory against production demands and advise inventory issues * Issue and monitor top up requests from production or warehouse * Validating and ensuring inventory data is accurate and reflected properly in the WMS * FIFO rotation is being adhered to * Trains and corrects cycle count practices performed by the team **What We Are Looking For:** * Have 1+ years of experience in a similar position and have sound knowledge of inventory processes and procedures. * Understand the importance of details. You dont sweat the small stuff and thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. * You are team-oriented. You understand the importance of a positive attitude, you are always seeking personal and professional growth and you are always there to lend a hand. * You have a good eye for detail, and advanced problem-solving skills. * WMS, MRP and/or ERP experience is preferred * Experience in a warehouse operation is preferred * Ability to train and coach others is preferred **What You Can Expect:** * An inclusive, fun workplace filled with fantastic colleagues.
