CCI Amazon Connect Operational Engineer (CCaaS Developer) - 5398Duration: 6 months (possibility of extension)Location: RemoteWe have an immediate requirement for an CCaaS developer under Contact Centre Infrastructure (CCI). This role will be within the CCI Operations development team which is accountable for continuous service improvement to Amazon Connect.We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Engineer with expertise in Amazon Connect and AWS infrastructure to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing, optimizing, and securing our cloud-based contact center and associated AWS services. The individual will have an in-depth knowledge of cloud contact center technologies, development skills and a broad understanding of enterprise infrastructure needed to address security, stability, and supportability of services.Responsibilities:Design, implement, and maintain Amazon Connect environments and associated AWS servicesConfigure and optimize Splunk for log management and analysisSet up and maintain CloudWatch monitoring and alerting systemsManage and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters for containerized applicationsImplement and enforce security best practices and governance policies across AWS infrastructureSkills:5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure management , preferably with AWSStrong knowledge of Amazon Connect and its integration with other AWS servicesProficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python , Bash) and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation )Experience with CI/CD tools and methodologies (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)In-depth knowledge of Splunk for log management and analysisExpertise in CloudWatch monitoring and alerting configurationHands-on experience with Kubernetes cluster management and containerizationStrong understanding of security best practices and governance in cloud environmentsExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsExperience in application development lifecycle: Agile ScrumBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldApply
