Our valued client requires a Senior Data Developer to help support a Data and Application Modernization project.The project involves migrating a legacy system from Oracle to AWS, alongside a complete revitalization of their application ecosystem. The client is seeking highly skilled AWS Data Solutions Consultants who can lead the adoption and migration of data assets and processes into AWS infrastructure.Must haves:Experience working with Amazon (AWS) infrastructure and technologies; RedShift, Glue, Step Functions, QuickSightKnowledge in RDBMSSAS Experience (SAS Enterprise guide, SAS Data Integration, SAS MIP)Experience writing , troubleshooting, and optimizing T-SQL queriesExperience with data modelling & data engineeringExperience in Agriculture or building software for AgricultureNice to have :Informatica and Teradata knowledgeUse of process orchestration tool of ActiveBatchTasks include:Work with a scrum team(s) to deliver product stories according to priorities set by FCC and the Product Owners.Provide knowledge transfer to other team members.Interact with stakeholders.Consulting with data engineering to ensure solutions are within 'rules' (follow approved patterns) and develop new patterns when necessary.Experience training BIA, Data Analysts and Data Scientists.The consultants will provide the ongoing support post migration and for the business units developing of new solutions.The support will include identifying the needs of each business unit and training on the approved patterns needed to fully enable them.It will also include identifying gaps in the approved patterns and then working with Data Engineering to close those gaps with new patterns, or a process optimization unit if needed.Apply
