Retail Store Manager As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail store. This includes greeting and assisting customers in a professional manner, addressing customer complaints promptly and professionally, maintaining health and safety regulations, managing inventory efficiently, providing regular sales and productivity reports, balancing sales and reconciling bank statements daily, and supervising staff to ensure productive operations. Minimum 3-6+ years retail industry experience. 3+ years Store Manager experience in retail environment. Excellent customer service and management skills. Time management and prioritizing skills. Ability to train and motivate staff. Flexibility to work any shift based on business needs. High proficiency with Microsoft Office productivity suite. Effective teamwork and communication skills.
