Job Description We are seeking a high-energy, driven individual with experience in a value-driven sales approach. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales and account management experience with a proven track record. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving high sales volume by managing the entire sales process and exploring new opportunities to maintain AIM''s industry leadership. Responsibilities Drive sales revenue through new client acquisition and manage the complete sales process. Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face meetings. Build and manage a book of business via outbound prospecting and inbound opportunities. Organize and maintain detailed notes of all sales activities. Support the rollout of AIM services to customers, including documentation, brainstorming, and site visits. Collaborate with the account management team to support existing customers and the renewal process. Qualifications Entrepreneurial spirit and high energy. Valid driver''s license and personal vehicle. Results-driven with a focus on speed and action. Exceptional communication skills, highly organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented. B2B sales experience with strong forecasting and revenue achievement. Successful history in new business sales and prospecting. Willingness to travel to client sites. University degree preferred.
