In this role, you will be essential in providing excellent customer service while preparing and serving our delicious Vietnamese dishes. Your contributions will help us maintain our reputation for quality and authenticity. **Responsibilities** * Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards. * Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas. * Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen staff. * Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and answering questions about the menu. * Practice food safety procedures to ensure the health and safety of our customers. * Support upselling initiatives to enhance customer experience and increase sales. **Requirements** * Previous experience in food service or the restaurant industry is preferred. * Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. * Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices is essential. * Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. * Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
