Your expertise in meal preparation and food handling will contribute significantly to our restaurant''s success. **Responsibilities** * Prepare and cook menu items on the grill, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste. * Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to maintain consistency in food preparation. * Ensure all food is cooked to the appropriate temperatures and meets safety standards. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station, including equipment and utensils. * Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including chopping vegetables and marinating meats. * Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to the kitchen manager. * Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment. * Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. **Qualifications** * Should have knowledge of Continental Food * Previous experience in food preparation or cooking within the food industry is preferred. * Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. * Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and presentation of meals. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
