He developed DECIEM to be a happy family (of people and beauty brands), rooted in kindness, creativity, diversity, and respect, alongside Co-Founder, Nicola Kilner. **WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR** Were looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **HR Admin Intern** to support our People team with day-to-day administrative tasks and HR processes. This entry-level role is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in Human Resources and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. **Work Term Duration**: **Fall 2025** - Sept 8, 2025 to December 19, 2025 **Location:** DECIEM Head Office -15 Fraser Ave, Toronto, ON M6K 1Y7 **Hourly Rate** is $22.00/hour **WHAT YOUD BE DOING IN THIS ROLE** * Provide administrative support for HR programs and day-to-day operations, including preparation of documents, forms, employment letters, onboarding and offboarding actions, and other employee change related processes * Participate in and support various HR projects * Maintain and organize employee records and files * Assist with Total Rewards team with ad hoc reporting, compliance checks and audits Perform other related administrative duties to support the broader People & Culture team **SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE:** * Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Proficient in using various technologies and tools, including Google Workspace Suite and MS Office suite. * Comfortable working with data and learning new HR systems (e.g., HRIS) * Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset * Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information **WHAT YOULL BE GAINING BY JOINING OUR TEAM** Theres a lot of good stuff that comes along with being a DECIEM team member.
