Our Powder Coating Department operates a manually run production line and requires team members who are energetic, detail-oriented, and team-focused. **About the Role:** As an **Evening Shift General Labourer**, youll assist across various stations to keep the line running smoothly. This includes: * **Sanding:** Operate a handheld power sander to smooth and prepare metal surfaces prior to coating. The work involves repetitive arm and hand movements and requires wearing a fitted respirator at all times for protection from fine dust particles. * **Prep:** Pulling and inspecting materials, cutting, drilling, sanding, and racking for coating * **Packaging:** Moving product, removing coated parts, and packaging orders **Qualifications:** * Physically fit and comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly * Able to push/pull heavy metal profiles on a manual transfer system * Detail-oriented with strong quality control habits * Experience with power tools (e.g., palm sander, drill, chop saw) is an asset * **MUST be clean-shaven for respirator fit (no exceptions)** * Reliable attendance is a must for this **15-hour/week evening position** * Must be legally entitled to work in Canada and reside in the Lower Mainland **Perks & Benefits:** * Consistent evening shift: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (5pm 10pm) * All statutory holidays off * Annual year-end holiday shutdown (approx. 2 weeks) * Potential for occasional overtime * Year-round indoor working environment * Free on-site parking and transit-accessible location Only those selected for interviews will be contacted.
