Our manufacturing facility in Tillsonburg, ON delivers safety critical steering linkage and suspension components to many of the worlds best automotive manufacturers. Our starting rate is $22.61, and you will receive scheduled increases on your first, second, third, and fourth years of service! **What will you be responsible for?** * Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards. * Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with company standards. * Monitor production processes and report any issues to supervisors. * Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance. * Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. * Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment. **Qualifications** * Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required * Ability to operate machinery and tools safely * Strong attention to detail and quality control * Basic understanding of production processes * Teamwork and communication skills * Willingness to work flexible hours and rotate through midnight, afternoon, and day shifts as required Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From $22.61 per hour Expected hours: 40 48 per week Benefits: * Employee assistance program * Extended health care * Life insurance * On-site parking Ability to commute/relocate: * Tillsonburg, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Work Location: In person
