Located just 90 minutes from Toronto, our boutique hotel is the perfect destination for a weekend getaway on the shores of the historic Trent-Severn Waterway. **Summary** As a Causal Fine Dining Server at Rawley Resort, Spa & Marina, you will provide an exceptional dining experience to our guests. Your role is vital in delivering outstanding service that aligns with our commitment to luxury and hospitality. **Responsibilities** * Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner. * Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. * Take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to guests. * Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods. * Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests during their dining experience. * Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area throughout service. * Process payments accurately using the Squirrel POS system. **Requirements** * Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant service is preferred. * Strong knowledge of food handling and safety practices. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests effectively. * Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
