In this role, you will provide customer service to our guests and assist the Player Development Department in operational areas including Host Office and Gaming Floor. **Responsibilities:** * Uses sound judgment and makes decisions in accordance with established Comp and Expense Guidelines. * Gathers information from guests to assist in maintaining relationships with clientele and inputs applicable information into SMART, CMS, LMS and other systems as required. * Handles difficult guests and situations in a calm, professional and prudent manner. * Anticipates, responds to and consistently meets or exceeds the needs of guests including, but not limited to, transportation, accommodation, special events, and/or concert arrangements. * Seamless coordination with PD Team and employees throughout property (e.g. Credit, Gaming, Hotel, Food & Beverage, Transportation) to create successful delivery of pre-trip itinerary. * Informs guests of applicable promotions and/or special events that they qualify for. * Promotes Caesars Rewards and the benefits of consolidating play within the Caesars Brand. * Communicates with other departments to arrange special guests requests. * Complies with Caesars Windsor policies and procedures. * Performs any and all related tasks as assigned by management. * Upholds the highest standard of internal and external customer service at all times **Requirements:** * Equivalent to a High School Diploma. * Minimum two years experience in a casino/hospitality environment related to Customer Service or experience deemed acceptable by Windsor Casino Limited. * Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. * Ability to obtain a Gaming Employee License. **Physical Demands:** * Physical effort requiring manual dexterity is frequently required.
