PURE Restoration is a full spectrum disaster restoration and reconstruction company providing comprehensive service to residential and commercial customers and the insurance industry. We are currently seeking a full time Carpenter to start immediately. **Job Responsibilities and Duties include:** * Finish and rough carpentry (casing, baseboards, cabinetry, doors, windows, framing, stairs, board-ups, etc.). * Drywall repairs to paint-ready stage. * Painting (baseboards, trims and etc.) * Texturing (all types) * Insulation and vapour barrier installation. * Selective demolition as per Project Managers instructions and protects materials/structure for later use. * Follows all health and safety policies and procedures and adheres to company standards at customer sites.. * Maintains good housekeeping discipline on the job to ensure a safe, non -cluttered workplace to minimize cross contamination. * Ensures quality control targets are met or exceeded. * Ensures deadlines are met or exceeded. * Maintains professional and service focused approach with property owner, occupants of the property, co-workers, and sub-contractors. * Ability to manage multiple projects and sites. * Work 40 hours per week and overtime when required. **Qualifications Required:** * College diploma or certification in recognized construction/carpentry course preferred. * Minimum 2 years experience and proven track record in restoration industry. * Ability to work as a team and independently. * Able to lift items up to 50lbs.
