We specialize in onsite residential and commercial, glass, mirror, window, hardware and, custom shower installations. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and the ability to perform various tasks. This role involves working with hand tools, power tools, and to assist the on-site installer. The Laborer will play a crucial role in ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. **Benefits** * Extended Health Insurance * Life Insurance Benefits * Dental Benefits * Long Term Disability * Allowances for Chiropractor, Acupuncturist and Physiotherapist **Duties** * Assist on-site Installer with window and/or door installation. * Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment * Follow instructions delivered from onsite installer * Measure, cut and shape materials required for installation * Comply with safe operating procedures and security **Requirements** * Must have Drivers license with reliable transportation. * Must be available for overtime hours when required * Load and unload construction materials to and from site. * Minimum of 1 year in carpentry and/or windows and doors. * Good verbal and written communication skills * Strong work ethic and ability to life 50 pounds multiply times throughout the day. * Exceptional problem solving and decision making skills * Ability to communicate with customers and recommend appropriate solutions * Ability to work standing for prolonged periods of time * Responsible and Punctual Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 80 per week Additional pay: * Overtime pay Benefits: * Dental care * Disability insurance * Extended health care * Life insurance * Vision care Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday * Overtime * Weekends as needed Experience: * General labor: 1 year (preferred) Language: * English (preferred) Work Location: In person
