Our growing team allows for opportunities for advancement and our benefits providers is competitive in our industry. **Summary of Position** Reporting to the foreman, operators are an integral member of field operations, responsible for providing support on all of our water and sewer projects. **Role and Responsibilities** Backfill around project sites as needed Move material, such as pipe, around site to meet project demands Need experience on a loader, excavator with a hoe pack, padfoot packer, bobcat Experience operating around utilities in a congested area Other duties as assigned **Qualifications, Training and Education** Candidates must have a minimum 1+ year(s) of directly related experience Successful candidates must have valid drivers license and clean drivers record, CSTS 2020, WHMIS 2015, and Ground Disturbance level 2 Asset to run dozer & track loader Able to lift 50 lbs. unaided **Working Conditions** Workers are expected to be able to do physically demanding work in different positions (kneeling, standing, etc.). They will spend a large portion of their time operating a piece of equipment.
