Mississauga, ON L4W 2R8** **JOB DUTIES AND ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Monitor, review, action AP Inbox email for communication, invoices and credits * AP invoice management and processing including distribution, matching and GL coding, audit, approval, invoice validity, completeness and accuracy * Verify receipts, support documentation and match to invoices (both SAP PO and non-SAP PO) * Entry of AP invoices for the purpose of reviewing and processing payments * Reconcile vendor statements and respond to vendor queries * Management of the EFT conversion process for all vendors in all company codes * Completion of the Period Close/Year End process for AP * Review/Cleanup of all open items in AP including SAP and non-SAP POs * Process payments for all company codes (Cheques, EFT, Wires, Online Bill Payments) * Become familiar with all other office processes and assist in administrative tasks including filing, scanning and indexing, recording and retention * Training and support of all other AP team members * Assisting with reception coverage and other administrative tasks as required **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:** * Intermediate level of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) * Must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Dynamic team player who also works well independently * Strong organizational and time management skills are required * Must be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in an accurate manner **MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:** * Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent * 2-3 years of experience in an accounting work environment Accounts Payable is an asset * SAP experience is an asset * Bilingualism (French/English) highly desired Remember When you join us, you dont just work for us YOU ARE PART OF THE FAMILY. **Burnbrae Farms welcomes and encourages applications from all qualified candidates, including those with disabilities.
