Reconciliation day to day activities include a mix of investigations, problem solving, follow-ups, deadlines, support and reporting that requires the use of various different systems and human interactions Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness to the quality of service we provide Collaborate with caring colleagues and leaders who support your development through learning and coaching opportunities Proactively identify issues and challenges to remove obstacles to success Prioritize activities and reports and adjust as needed so that important team objectives and client deadlines are met Act as a coach and provide guidance to resolve issues and update all documented procedures to enhance our ability to provide outstanding service What do you need to succeed? Must have: Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience Demonstrated ability to take the initiative to solve problems, curious mindset, take ownership and be accountable Committed to get the job done, collaborative work ethic and win as a team style in a fast-paced environment An innovative thinker who is proactive, is well organized with attention to detail and cares about supporting everyone Passionate about continuous growth and learning.
