Salary Rs. 37,950/- per month (with an annual increment of 10%, subject to satisfactory performance) 1.5. Job Description The HR Executive is part of the HR Team, which manages end-to-end human resources functions of the Human Resource & Systems Wing at IIDEM. The HR Wing is responsible for executing the institute''s recruitment strategies, implementing SOPs across departments, managing staff induction and training, and handling performance appraisals and employee grievance mechanisms. 1.6. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Of The Job Include The Following: Recruitment & Selection Coordinate hiring processes including drafting job descriptions, liaising with hiring agencies, scheduling and conducting interviews, and onboarding of selected candidates. (ii) Induction & Training Conduct structured induction programs for new employees and facilitate internal HR trainings, team-building activities, and capacity-building initiatives to promote a motivated workforce. (iii) Employee Grievance Redressal Assist in employee grievance redressal and welfare through a well-established support and escalation mechanism. (iv) Performance Appraisal & Quality Monitoring Assist in implementation of performance appraisal system and monitoring productivity and quality of human resources with support from various Centres and Schools at IIIDEM. SOP Development & Implementation Assist in institutionalizing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key HR and administrative processes. 1.7. Skills and Competencies Skills in HR processes such as drafting JDs, facilitating interviews (ii) Skills in various processes for Organization development (iii) Skills in employee engagement, training, and performance evaluation (iv) Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills IT Skills 1.8 Desirable Qualities MBA in HR from a recognized institution (ii) Experience in handling HR functions in training/ academic institutions, (iii) Experience in developing organization processes (iv) Experience of team-building techniques and staff motivation tools 1.9.
