Job Title: Economic Strategy Lead - Oncology and Neuroscience Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Economic Strategy Lead to join our Global HEOR team. This role will be responsible for leading the development of robust health economic models and providing strategic technical guidance across our Oncology and Neuroscience portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and validation of global cost-effectiveness, budget impact, and other economic models. Provide expert technical input to inform product value strategies and evidence generation plans. Ensure models are aligned with global payer requirements and HTA best practices. Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need: At least 6 years of technical HEOR experience in the pharmaceutical or related industries (e.g., consulting). Lead the development of at least 4 Cost Effectiveness Models used for submission to NICE, CADTH or PBAC. Deep understanding of other technical areas of HEOR, including Indirect Treatment Comparison/Network Meta-Analysis, Early Economic Modelling, Budget Impact Modelling, iPad/Field modelling & survival modelling. Strong research and publication track record. Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and clearly articulate HEOR needs in support of the product.
