Job Overview As a Technical Health Economics Lead, you will be responsible for designing and developing global cost-effectiveness models. These models will be used to inform product value strategies and evidence generation plans. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality and timely submissions. Responsibilities include: Developing and delivering training programs to upskill the team. Providing mentorship and technical coaching to ensure consistency and excellence in modeling practices. Collaborating with researchers to identify evidence gaps and support the design of studies to support model inputs. Requirements: Proven track record of leading models for at least four HTA submissions. Deep understanding of other technical areas of HEOR, including indirect treatment comparison/network meta-analysis. Excellent research and publication track record. Direct experience of Oncology is essential. Experience of Neuroscience is preferred.
