We own hardware and software products that help improve safety, lower costs, and increase uptime of Amazon''s transportation fleet globally. Our primary customers are trucking companies and fleet teams. If you are excited about solving complex and impactful problems at scale and simplifying user experience, this role is for you. Our team seeks a Product Manager to support the development of next-generation fleet maintenance products. The candidate will lead technical integrations with external maintenance vendors and automate manual processes with elegant, low-cost software solutions. These products will also utilize AI to simplify processes and enhance customer experience. To succeed, you need to be flexible, entrepreneurial, and a true ownerpassionate about learning, building software products, and innovating for our customers. Ideally, you have experience working independently in program or product roles and are excited to think outside the box to solve complex problems. The role involves managing technical integrations with external vendors and delivering discrete product initiatives. Key job responsibilities Collaborate with external vendors on technical integrations and testing for launch Develop and manage the product roadmap based on internal and external analysis Partner with engineering teams on product delivery, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful delivery and resource efficiency Build relationships with product managers, business intelligence, and engineering teams to execute the product roadmap Work with internal Amazon teams to define new requirements Contribute to annual product planning and communicate updates to stakeholders through quarterly reviews Oversee cross-functional launches and programs, ensuring successful delivery Develop and monitor metrics for products to track milestones and performance A day in the life Amazon offers a comprehensive benefits package supporting employees and their eligible family members, including domestic partners and children.
