## Job Summary Now, if you were to come on board as one of ourProduction Chefs, wed ask you to do the following for us: - Coordinate and prepare a large volume of meals daily following several different menus and concepts - Ensure appropriate portions and presentation - Plan production, delegate tasks and manage kitchen staff - Control and recycle surplus production - Assist with assessment of food requirements according to the menu and inventory, ordering the necessary commodities according to operational standards - Complete production sheets and/or register - Control the quality of commodities as soon as they arrive and rotate the stock - Place orders - Adhere to the budget - Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation and safety standards - Assist with service provision as needed Think you have what it takes to be our nextProduction Chef?
