Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our client''s team. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills and have experience in office management, customer service, and clerical tasks. Duties Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and handling inquiries with professionalism Operate multi-line phone systems, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while managing incoming calls Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings Provide customer support by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly Conduct filing, proofreading documents, and ensuring all paperwork is organized Maintain office supplies inventory and assist in office management duties to ensure a well-functioning workplace Keeping a clean and professional office space; vacuuming, clearing out the garbage, emptying the paper shredder, etc. Support team members with clerical tasks as required to enhance productivity. Qualifications Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role with a focus on office experience Previous experience working within the Travel Industry is an asset Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation Ability to work independently while also being a team player with good interpersonal skills Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 per hour Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Experience: Administrative Assistant: 2 years (required) Work Location: In person
