## Job Summary **How you will make an impact:** You will provide excellent customer service and ensure all customer needs are met. An **Automotive Parts Counter Attendant** is responsible for customer service and retail sales at the HCM associate workshop. In this position, your responsibilities include receiving parts, selling parts, input orders, POS transactions taking inventory of stock in storage and, if necessary, on shelves. As an **Automotive Parts Counter Attendant**, you will: - Receive, unpack and sort incoming parts, supplies and materials - Identify, label and catalogue items received - Process incoming requisitions - Issue and distribute parts and supplies for customers - Prepare requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies - Sell spare and replacement parts - Answer customer inquiries - Handle cash transactions - Set-up displays of retail parts and accessories **About you:** - Can work in a fast-paced environment - Work under pressure - Standing for extended periods - Bending, crouching, kneeling - Knowledge of Honda vehicles is an asset - Experience working in the parts industry is preferred but not mandatory
