Employees will benefit from excellent wages, and an excellent discount on their meals (on and off shift). **Key Responsibilities** * Present food and beverage menu to guests in a timely and professional manner in order to assist them with their meal/drink selection. * Ensure that guests'' experience is exceptional by providing quality service, anticipating and accommodating their needs as required, and answering their questions with respect to menu items, dietary needs, allergies, etc. * Record guests orders and ensure timely delivery to kitchen and bar staff, and subsequently serve orders to guests with professionalism. * Ensure that any concerns raised by guests are addressed promptly and professionally, seeking management support as required. * Provide bill and collect payment from guests upon completion of their restaurant experience. * Provide assistance to colleagues and management as required, including help maintain cleanliness of the restaurant. **Key Requirements** * Excellent communication skills * Able to work within a fast-paced environment * Team oriented but able to work independently * Sound judgment and initiative * Dynamic personality, energetic and positive * Detail oriented and able to multi-task * Strong organizational skills and able to prioritize responsibilities * Available for shift work, including weekends **Job Types:** Full-time, Part-time Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Casual Pay: From $17.20 per hour Additional pay: * Overtime pay * Tips Benefits: * Discounted or free food * Flexible schedule * On-site parking Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Holidays * Monday to Friday * Morning shift * Night shift * On call * Weekends as needed Experience: * serving: 1 year (preferred) Licence/Certification: * Smart Serve, SIR or equivalent (preferred) Work Location: In person Application deadline: 2025-07-30
